LEHR SERVICES
RōBEX has tremendous experience and expertise in the glass production process. We know maintaining optimum lehr output is an ongoing challenge. Our customer-partners count on us for repairs, maintenance, upgrades of older generation controls, and complete rebuilds.
PLC CONTROLS
Updating legacy controls results in notable production gains. RōBEX often installs and programs advanced PLC controls with user-friendly HMI screens, ATC units and can train staff. We work with both off-the-shelf controls or can fabricate/install customer-designed controls.
UPGRADES
External and internal audits and production consultation often lead to performance and control upgrades. As part of our comprehensive service, RōBEX offers on-site training and annealing setup assistance.
REBUILDS
RōBEX is the best choice for rebuilds of any annealing lehr. Our decades of experience, understanding, and expertise assures a timely professional rebuild. We also install replacement belts, calibrate burners, and more.
MAINTENANCE
